May 25 - Day 2
I had no headache or migraine after applying the miconazole mixture to my eyebrows or temples so after thoroughly washing my face, I applied another layer. This will be done again tonight.
My hair and scalp were dry so I feed them castor oil with neem and massaged my scalp for a few minutes. Since I was not leaving the house, I combed and clipped it back.
Mineral Rich was taken the same as day one but with three tablespoons of aloe vera juice added. Like yesterday, I had gas but not nearly as much. Since my food consumption is mostly light and plant based passing gas was not offensive and I did not have to cut any stench with candles or incense.
May 26 - Day 3
Same process as yesterday with less gas and no headache.
May 27 - Day 4
Same as yesterday. I sprayed Infusium 23 Leave-in conditioning spray to moisturize my hair then applied castor oil to my scalped, massaged, combed, brushed and clipped back. Later in the evening, I brushed my scalp with a toothbrush for circulation. Also brushed my eyebrows and temples before applying the miconazole mixture.
May 28 - Day 5
Drank Mineral Rich and took vitamins as usual and had no headache from the miconazole. I massaged my head for a few minutes for circulation and rested for a few hours before washing it. I used Aphogee Shampoo and Conditioner, leaving on for 10 minutes instead of the 2 minutes suggested. Once towel dried, I rubbed in a leave-in conditioner, combed it through and brushed my scalp before clipping it back. Before going to bed, I washed my face as usual with Cetaphil facial ccleanser, toned with witch hazel and applied the miconazole mixture to my eyebrows and temples.
May 29 - Day 6
Still no headache. My hair and scalp were as usual, dry as the Mojave Desert so I applied castor oil on my hair and scalp before drank and took my vitamins. So far this regimen is easy because I like morning routines but since I drink so much water with the Mineral Rich, I find myself pissing before I can set down the cup. It reminds me of the days when I was drinking six liters of water per day and was always on the pot. I am not complaining! Being an impatient person, I often wonder when results will appear, especially on my eyebrows and temples.
May 30 - Day 7
No changes in my daily routine however I have noticed less and less breakage. The first week of this brought no immediate results and I am functioning like usual. The weeks to come will be no different other than time progression.

The project begins!
I purchased five Aphogee products (Nurtitional Supplement for Healthy Hair, Balancing Moisturizer, Shampoo for Damage Hair, Two Minute Reconstructor, Two Step Protein Treatment) from Amazon.com, Mineral Rich from eVitamins.com and Up&Up miconazole from Target.
For the next two months, my plan is tomuse the hair care products as instructed on the bottles and boxes, drink Mineral Rich and apply miconazole on my half way balding eyebrows and temples with the hope of some new hair growth.
May 24 - Day 1/Week 1
Reading that Mineral Rich has the same wiring effects as caffeine, I decided to take it early in the morning so that I would be able to sleep at night. In a full glass of water, I poured in two tablespoons of Mineral Rich, took a few sips then more to help chase down my daily supplements, which include Aphogee Nutritional Supplement for Healthy Hair and Biotin.
I washed with Aphogee Shampoo for Damageed Hair while in the shower and wrapped a towel around my head to get out a lot of moisture. I then put in the Two Step Protein Treatment and used a hand dryer for 15 minutes until crispy dry. I forgot how sticky and stinky this stuff can be but it is tolerable. I let it sit for an additional 30 minutes before rinsing out completely. The last step was to use the Aphogee Balancing Moisturizer which sat for 10 minutes before rinsing. I towel dried for 15 minutes before coming and adding a MegaGrowth Profectiv Leave-In Strengthener. Since my hair was wet, I just combed it with a argan infused wide tooth comb to half-way style and clipped it back.
Before going to bed, I applied the miconazole mixture (half tube of miconazole, 1 tbsp. Castor oil, 1 tsp. vitamin E oil and ten drops of Neem oil) to my eyebrows and temples. Reading that miconazole can cause migraines, applying it at night was my best bet so that I could sleep one off.

Help it grow and give it strength, please!
In the last few months, for some reason my hair has been breaking off like mad. It feels and looks like a few animals have been fighting on my head. Ick! I do not know what is going on but this is not the first time this has happened to me. My hair grows very slowly and has less strength than an ant so I cannot do too much with it other than deal or chop it off. I have decided to deal with it but try a new regime to get it to grow and stop breaking. After doing a lot of online research from others in the same predicament, I purchased a few repair products by Aphogee and two bottles of Mineral Rich liquid vitamin supplement that is said to bring energy, clear skin and assist in hair growth. I am open for all three but am hoping most for hair growth and/or improvements. I will follow the regime for at least for two months and see if there are any significant changes. My fingers are crossed!!!!
